Base opens every year in the spring and shuts down in the winter, when the cold days start enveloping the city. Located in the Jardim das Oliveiras in the centre of Porto, this is an accessible, popular and democratic space.
Base is a project created by four friends where art, music, image, video, architecture and sculpture all take centre stage. Nearby in the garden, there’s a bar with cool vibes, good service and great music, making it a perfect place to relax with friends, read a book or simply gaze at the Clérigos Tower, or to dance away on a warm summer night!
