Mito is a restaurant for friends, aiming to make the restaurant experience less complicated. It has a simple decoration, with a long sofa along one of the walls, individual tables opposite and a bar. The menu is devided between Hot, Cold, Charcoal, Comfort and Sweet dishes. My favourites include the Tártaro D’Inverno (winter tartare), Berliner with pata negra ham and bacon (no, it’s not sweet), shiitake mushrooms and the famous monkfish rice. It has a perfect location in the centre of Porto and a friendly and attentive staff.
